There's some Priceless Memories in the latest issue of Monsters from the Vault

I just picked up Volume 16, Issue 30 of Monsters from the Vault and it's certainly one to look out for.

Three-time Rondo Award winner Daniel R Horne's cover of Vincent Price as Dr Anton Phibes is frighteningly good fun - the fleshy tones and blood red veins just burst out at you.

There's also a cool 22-page article celebrating the 100th anniversary of Vinnie's birth, with contributions from a host of writers, including Tom Weaver and Lucy Chase Williams; and a guided tour of the making of 1966's Dr Goldfoot & the Bikini Machine from Michael Hoey, who was director Norman Taurog's right-hand man during the 1960s. His memories about the AIP spoof make this issue a must for every VP collection.

Here's two sample pages from the latest issue. For more information, check out the Monsters from the Vault website. Just click on the link.

NCIS: Los Angeles star Chris O'Donnell prepares for his crossover episode with Hawaii Five-O by watching VIncent Price in The Brady Bunch

Tonight on US TV, NCIS: Los Angeles and Hawaii Five-O team up to stop a deadly virus in their first-ever crossover event in the episode Touch of Death, which follows on from last night's Pa Make Loa. So what has this got to do with Vincent Price? Well, the latest issue of TV Guide magazine goes behind-the-scenes and talks to the cast about the episode, and this is what NCIS: Los Angeles star Chris O'Donnell had to say....

"I brought my whole family. We watched The Brady Bunch Hawaii episode before we went. I felt like I was Mike Brady leading my kids over there."

Picturing Chris and his brood glued to their TV sets as the Brady boys find themselves hanging out with Vincent's lonely hermit Professor Whitehead just put a smile on my face. So here's the episode for you to enjoy.
